CLUB GET TOGETHER
Club Get Together is one of the main events in Club Service Avenue of Rotaract Club of University of Moratuwa where the one Rotaract Mora family make their all members get along with each other. This project is mainly targeted on to develop the mutual understandings among the members as well as to recognize all the members in the club. This years’ Club Get Together was successfully held on 15th November 2015 at River View Hotel Wadduwa.
There were almost around 60 participants for the event. Participating club members were taken to the hotel around 9 a.m. The hotel crew welcomed us with a welcome drink. The event was starteded with so many fun events including tap rugby and cricket. After that we all had an enjoyable time in the swimming pool and then we got a delicious lunch. Our evening was filled with some small gaming activities to improve team building skills, leadership skills and creativity. Finally we left the place around 4 p.m.
That was really wonderful time period for everybody. Especially for the new members who has recently joined the club. Club Get Together created a friendly platform for those newbies to meet their senior members and share their rotaract experiences. Both senior members and new comers enjoyed this event as one. That was a very successful event at the end.
